1. Where are your Clothes made?
Our products are designed in Karachi and 100% made in Pakistan.
2. Do you offer free delivery?
We are offering free delivery on orders above £50 however, a delivery fee of £2 will be charged on orders below £50.
3. How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major payment cards, including Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Solo, Maestro and American Express. You can also choose to pay via a PayPal account.
4. I’m having trouble using the website, what should I do?
- We would suggest that you use the latest version of your operating system provider when browsing online (Windows or OSX) so it’s worth checking if there are any available updates.
- You may also need to delete your browser’s cookies and/or cache. Once you’ve done this, close your browser and reopen it to visit our website again. You may also wish to try accessing the site with a different device.
- If you’re still having trouble with our website, please get in touch with the name of the web browser you’re using (e.g. Internet Explorer, Safari, Chrome), the type of device and details of any error messages so that we can look into this further for you.
- If you continue to experience difficulty with this, please don’t hesitate to contact us with the payment method you are trying to use (e.g. card, PayPal) and the details of any error messages so that we can investigate this further for you.
5. What size should I order?
Size chart with exact measurements for all items are linked in the product descriptions. If you are confused between sizes, we always recommend going with the larger size☺️
6. When will I receive my order?
- We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours (2 working days) of being placed.
- Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
- As soon as your order is packed and ready at our warehouse, we’ll send you an email to let you know that it is on its way.
- Once the order has been dispatched from our end, it will be delivered by Royal Mail within 3-5 full working days.
- Please note that a ‘working day’ is Monday-Friday and excludes weekends and public holidays.
7. Where is my order?
- Order is dispatched within 48 hours (2 working days) of being placed and once dispatched, it takes 3-5 working days for the order to get delivered to you.
- If your order is shipped on a tracked delivery service, you will be able to track your order with the details emailed to you.
- If the delivery has passed its time estimate, please get in touch with our customer care team so we can look into this for you.
8. Can I make any changes to my order?
Once your order is placed, our warehouse team work very quickly to process and dispatch your parcel. It is not often possible to make an amendment after the order is placed; however, if you do need to make a change, please contact our team as soon as you can to see if there is anything we can do.

9. What if I don't like the items received?
We have a hassle-free 10 days returns & exchange policy.
Our quality and customer service makes sure that your experience with us and our products is exceptional, but for any reason or even without a reason if you would like to return or exchange your order, just contact our support team and our customer service team will arrange for a smooth return/exchange process for you.

11. What if I’m not home when my parcel is delivered?
If your parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail and you are out when Royal Mail attempts delivery, they will sometimes try to leave your parcel with a neighbor. Alternatively, they may post a ‘something for you’ card through your letterbox to let you know how and when you can collect the parcel from your local depot.However, if you are still unable to find your order so please connect with our support team and we will help you locate your order. ☺️
12. How do I return my order?
- Please get in touch with our support team so they can share the return form with you which has to be filled before returning the product/products.
- The return request must be processed within 10 days of receiving the order.

Please note that the cost and responsibility of returning our product to the facility will be borne by the customer (except in cases where an error has been made from our end).
13. Have you received my return?
We aim to process all returns within 7-10 working days of arriving at our warehouse. You should be able to see if we have received your parcel by tracking it using the number on your postal receipt.
If you haven’t heard from us or received your exchange or refund after this timeframe, please get in touch with your order number and any tracking details of your return so we can look into this for you.
14. When will I receive my refund?
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact our support team.
15. Can I exchange my item?
We have a hassle-free 10 days exchange and return policy.You can exchange your product within 10 working days after receiving it given that it is not worn, washed or damaged.
